Booking Terms and Policies

Deposit

To reserve your booking a deposit of 50% is required, the remaining is due 30 days before your event.
 
For bookings on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays, full payment is required.
 
If you book us a month before your event, full payment is required. All non refundable, for the exception of natural disasters.

Change to number of services

The number of services as confirmed on your quote or invoice at the time of booking deposit paid is final. That person may be replaced with another friend, family member or guest or will need to be paid for. 

Postponement

If you need to change your date due to unforeseeable circumstances, booking can be transferred to this date, provided we have availability. You must select an available date for your funds to be credited. Should you wish to not book an alternative date, any amount paid will be retained to cover administration costs and other expenses incurred up until that time, including loss of income.

Cancellations

If you are cancelling your booking any monies paid will be retained to cover administration costs and other expenses incurred up until that time, including loss of income

Non-Communication

If we have contacted you via the contact details you have provided, at any time throughout your booking sent and you do not reply within 2 days, we will assume that you do not wish to maintain your booking with us and will therefore make your date available to other enquiries again. No refunds will be provided

Payment

Final payments are due a month before your appointment day. No final payment received on due date/ no news we received, We will assume that you do not wish to maintain your booking with us and will therefore make your date available to other enquiries again. Booking payment and final payments are non-refundable. 

Travel & Parking

Please contact us for travel fee.

Parking is organised by the clients and should be in the same building or next door.

All parking or valet will be covered by the client

Please be on time

Punctuality is crucial. Please be on time for your appointment, as tardiness may disrupt the entire schedule for that day.

If you are 30 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your booking, and no refund will be provided. This policy is in place to maintain a smooth and timely flow of appointments for all clients.

Please show up with no makeup on or minimal

What to Prep before the appointment?

Kindly arrive without makeup; we’ll prepare your skin with serum, moisturiser & eye cream.

For dry-style hair appointments (waves, curls, Hollywood waves, or updos), ensure your hair is clean, freshly washed, and pre-straightened with a hair straightener. If your hair is naturally straight, there is no need to straighten your hair.

If your hair is dirty or oily on the roots, the results will not be guaranteed to be perfect. If upon observation of your hair we find you have lice, we reserve the right to not do the service for you for health and safety purposes and no refund will be provided.

If your hair isn’t straightened and we need to do it, it depends on the time frame if straightening can be done before curling, incurring an additional fee of $70.
